UL Students Design Little Libraries

UL School of Architecture students have designed Little Libraries for installation around Lafayette Parish.  The top 6 designs, as chosen by a panel of judges, will be constructed by the Lafayette Parish School System’s Career Center, with materials donated by Kiwanis of Acadiana. Kiwanis Launches Little Libraries

Kiwanis of Acadiana has begun supplying Little Libraries to key locations in Upper Lafayette.  They installed their first library at the E-Z Laundry, 717 Louisiana Avenue, near the intersection with Surrey Street in Upper Lafayette.  The books for the library are being donated by the Acadiana Educational Endowment, through the ReadingWithKids.org program.
