On Friday, July 31, ReadingWithKids.org distributed over 600 books to about 150 families in the Abbeville Community Schools’ ‘Power of Presence’ resource fair, held on the Herod Elementary School campus in Erath. RwK board members Michelle Luquette and Dr. Joe Abraham distributed books to the children in attendance, and stressed to their parents the importance of reading with their children, particularly in the prenatal period.
